Dr. Wendy Suzuki is an award-winning Professor of Neural Science and Psychology and incoming Dean of the College of Arts and Science at New York Univeristy where she studies the effects of physical activity and meditation on the brain. Her TED talk has over 55 million views and she is also a best-selling author of the books Healthy Brain Happy Life (2015) and Good Anxiety: Harnessing the Power of the Most Misunderstood Emotion that was published in September of 2021. Suzuki is a passionate teacher and thought leader, spreading the understanding of how we can use the principles of brain plasticity to maximize our brain’s performance and transform our lives for the better.
