A chassé, targeted at any
of the three major areas, which is thrown straight forward,
so that the toe points upwards.
Chassé Italien
(sha-SEY ee-tal-YEHN): A chassé
aimed at the opponent's inner thigh, with the toe pointed at
the opponent's groin. Contrast the chassé
bas lateral, which targets the front of the thigh.

chassé, targeted at any of
the three major areas, which is thrown with the leg turned sideways
so that the foot is horizontal.
