Chassé
(sha-SEY):
From the same root as the French verb chasser, "to chase
away". A pushing kick (thrown either laterally or frontally)
performed by chambering the leg up to the shoulder, then pistoning
it out towards the opponent in such a way that the sole of the
foot strikes the targeted body part and drives the opponent
out of range.

Bas (sha-SEY BA): A chassé
aimed at either of the opponent's thighs.
